Rental Details:

• Pricing: $130.00 per night or $650.00 per week up to 4 people.  There is an extra fee of $25.00 per night, per person.

• Two night minimum stay from May 1st to October 1st and three night minimum stay from October 2nd to April 30th. 

• Three day minimum stay during Holiday weekends.

• There is a 50% down payment required.  Please pay the down payment with any major credit card.

• There is a $25.00 fee for each pet that you bring.

• No smoking inside, but you can smoke on the porch, in the garage, or on the surrounding grounds.

• Must be 18 or over, or accompanied by an adult.

• Property protection agreement must be signed at time of arrival.
